Update Payet's attributes, suggestions about his attributes i wrote couple news ago :)

About Clubs transfers budgets:

PAOK Saloniki - after signing Huub Stevens as manager, they should have TB around 8/10mln and WB around 70k/100k
FC Barcelona - they want to sign min. one defender and maybe striker so they should have TB around 25/30mln
Bayern Munchen - Pep Guardiola want to buy some "cracks", and after winning CL they should have TB around 40/50mln
Shakhtar Donetsk - they earned in this transfers window 20mln, now in the game their budget is 30mln, but it's should be around 40/45mln
Atletico Madrid - i know that they've financial difficulties but after sales Falcao they want to replaced him, so they should have TB around 20/25mln
Borussia Dortmund - they have very good season in CL and after sales Goetze they should have TB around 30/35mln
Bayer Leverkusen - they earned in this transfers window 34mln, so they should have TB around 15mln
FC Sevilla - they should have TB around 8/10mln
Santos - they want to bring players like Robinho and Diego, so they should have good salary reserves = TB 5mln WB 100/150k
Arsenal London - they want to spend 70mln, but their TB should be around 40/45mln in the game
Chelsea London - new manager new signings, they should have TB around 60/70mln (like City's have)
Manchester United - David Moyes looks like he want to buy some top players (like Fabregas/Thiago), TB should be around 40mln
Real Madrid - they want to signing 3 or even more cracks (like Suarez, Cavani, Isco, Bale) so they should have a lot of money, TB around 70/80mln (price of Isco = 35mln, price of Bale = 80mln, price of Cavani = 63mln, price of Suarez around 40mln or even higher)
Benfica - they played very well in LE = TB around 30mln
FC Porto - they earned big money in this transfers window, ofcourse they wouldnt spend even a half of this amount but their TB should be around 30mln
