FM14 on this laptop?

I know it would probably be slow... but would FM14 function on the following laptop?:

Lenovo s206 11.6 inch screen laptop
4gb ram
320gb hard drive
AMD processor e-3800 1.3ghz

Mainly confused about the ghz ? Excuse my computer illiteracy!

If this is your current computer, type "can you run it" into Google and use the program. You pick a game and it checks your computer and the game specs. Ignore the 3d card bit as you can run football manager without a 3d Graphic's card.
