FM14 Update

Hi guys have just swithched on my FM through steam and it said installing update, then when I checked it had gone from 14.2.0 to 14.2.1. Has there been and update/hotfix or something today 2/1/14?
 
I think and i hope its an update to fix the problem of it crashing
 
just got this aswell, hopefully it makes the game more playable. does anyone know the update changes?

Will this be save game compatible or would I have to start a new save...?
Anyone Please...?
