FM16 Best Coaches

Hi guys,

Do you have any suggestions for 4.5* or more coaching staff? Especially ball control, attacking and shooting sections. I am managing Lazio currently.

I can't remember his name, but look at the coaches for West Ham, there is a bloke with ridiculous attributes there on mine. I signed him as head of youth development
