Getting waaaay ahead of myself, but I am wanting to include some lower league competitions for a few nations I am interested in playing.

I have been trying to find the information, but it seems difficult:
So my first question is; when creating a lower league from say, Austria, in terms of prize money, do I leave the section untouched (so that the prize money is dependent on the reputation of the league), or do I manually create the prize money (as otherwise, the game will offer nothing as nothing was set as the value)?
