Would this work on FM19? And can it be imported. I've downloaded a lot of FM Base and they can't seam to be imported :/

FM20 tactics does not imported to FM19.

BTW : Strikerless tactics is a weak on FM19

Silly quesion but does it work with Strikers in the AM positions or does it strictly have to be AMs?

You can re-training them to AM.

Individual training helps your team and players to be become more tactical and position familiarity.
