FM2010 Images not showing

I installed a custom graphic pack, which had thousands of player pictures, makes the game seem little more realistic.

I just started, but I think this is the right place to ask for help.

Notice the shirts are missing? I'm wondering if I installed the player file in the wrong area which produced this ... Anyone ever experiance this?

i have the same problem can't seem to fathom it out, can someone help us please
