FM2010 not working

I installed the software under the option in which the DVD is required to play the game, but now after quitting the game once when i try to relaunch the software there is simply no response from the disc in the disc tray, and nothing loads at all. There is no scratches on the disc as i only bought it today. Can anybody help?

Is your dvd drive working ok with other discs. Might be your drive playing up.

its working with every other dvd's fine

Uninstall and try again is the other option.
