FM2011 11.1.1 patch

I have installed the game without using steam and i need to download the patch.

I am not very techy could someone please help mw with a step by step guide! where do i save the patch to etc.

Just download patch, then extract it when asked to do so, and it will do rest, then when you start game it will ask you which patch you want to use( 1st time you start the game).
