Fm2013 been "underwhelming" for anyone else?

Dont get me wrong I've been enjoying playing and thats the main things but unlike previous editions of the game It doesnt seem to have that "flare" it usually has for me, Really can put my finger on a specific thing Its just a nagging feeling as I play..

I feel exactly the same. In my opinion i think its because the game has got so much more in depth than the previous versions. Its more difficult and to be successful you really have to do everything a real life manager would. Its taken a slight bit of fun out of it in my opinion and isnt as much of a 'game' as it once was but in terms of realism the games incredible (other than match engine faults). But thats just my opinion

Getting sick of these threads now. FM has never had "flair" its just a pleasant way of wasting your life for people with an interest in football and stats. Nothing much really changes.
