So i need help creating a database for the mls. I want to create a promotion and relegation system where the top 2 teams of the east and western conferences of the ussl get promoted and the last 2 teams of the east and western conferences of the mls get relegated. How do i do this? I also want to make so that if a team get promoted, they get entered in a superdraft, like expansion teams do. I would also like to keep all of the rules of the mls such as the dp spots, international players, wage cap, salary cap, tam money, and gam money.
