FM23 Challange!
I decided to create a new FM career challange...

***Career Progress***
So, I have decied to start with Salzburg hoping that witing 5-7 years a spot may become vacant at Leipzig before awaiitng for the final two spots to become availible.
Had a great start with Salzburg, league was a breeze at first but towards the end it started to become tough. But we claimed the title and amaizngly managed European glory! I actually tired to manipulate the game and come 3rd in Champions League group stage as I thought wed have a better chance in the Europa League. But teamwork and solid tactics proved otherwise and we became the kings of Europe!
Time to recruit from our youth programme and sell on to make funds and increase my rep!

**Career Progress***
So 2nd season with RB Salzburg done.
Brought in some top transfers before the start of the season which helped win the League and cup this year.
Some good youth prospects are coming through, either for first team or to make some funds from. Hoping my rep has increased and a job at another RB Club comes open.

So after a success reign at Salzburg, a few job came open, but the main one was for Leipzig.
Done a lot of re shuffling around to get a decent team together. Not to bad for 1st season in Germany, go 2nd place and a cup win.
Hoepfully challange btter for the tittle next season!

So after a decent first season, we still couldnt beat Bayern to the tittle. Lost too many silly games even though we beat Bayern in the league!
We did smash Europe and claimed the Champions League tittle. Gained enough rep to be included in English hall of fame. Just need to clinch the Bundesliga tittle and then hope a job opens up in MLS or Brazil with RB Clubs.
Hoepfully challange better for the tittle next season!

FINALY!!!! We did it, tough tough campaign but managed to clinch the tittle on the final day to give RB Leipzig their first ever Bundesliga.
Had a shake up wiht the formation midway through the season which seemed to help. Few losses and draws agaisnt lower teams but beat Bayern in the league to boost us back up the table. Did poor in the cup and europe but weve claime those tittles before and the main goal was the league this year. Also amanged to seal a contact with New York Red Bulls right at the end of the campaign as an opening came up. Ony had 2 games left to play and luckily managed to win the final game to clinch the tittle otherwise id've left wiht no Bundesliga in my locker! Never managed in the MLS before in any FM so this is going to be interesting. Just hoping a job comes up in the next few seasons with Red Bull Brasil to comeplete the Red Bull Challange.

*** Career Update ***
So after a sucessfull reign with Leipzig, I took the opportunity in the states with New York Red Bulls. We had a perfect ending to a season. NYRB where lower/mid table when I took over.
Ive never manged in the MLS on any FM version, this was a first, it is difficult due to all the registration restrictions in place but it makes you think more tactical and is very enjoyable. Still got the Northa American Champions League to come up too.
Red Bull Bragantino got relegated into Brasil diviosn 2, so im hoping a managers spot comes up soon so I can completed the challange.

***CAREER UPDATE***
We had a good run in the state championship. Had a few draws bu managed to qualify for the next round and progressed all the eay through. Let carry on our form into the first division now but with the European Leagues season coming to an end im hoping for a big change now away from RB Clubs as I've won titles with all of their teams.

***CAREER UPDATE***
So afrer being under the Reb Bull flag for a while. A new adventure became open in the Prem!
A new challange and change needed and Brighton took me on board.
Had a very good start finishing 6th and claiming a Europa spot. Had to sell some top players as they wnated to leave and it was creating a bad atmoshphere not accepting bids. Used a lot of money to recruit some young English talent which is proving very well for now.
