"Plug n Play" tactics are the most commons shapes :

4231 424 433 433DM 442DM 343W 343N 3421 etc

It's more about how you do select your players then the tactic it self that makes the real difference

if you want to play with 2 CMs i would try CM on support (hold position) or BWM with hold position.
