FMRTE Not working! Please help!!!

I installed .net framework 3.5..and it still doesn't work!!
I have service pack 2 and it doesn't work..my friend has SP2 and it works on his computer!
When i installed SP3,nothing happens..it still doesn't work..

I know it works only on SP2..and that I need net framework 3.5...

But is there anything more that I need??? Any program that I miss??

It is a don't send message...it says:

FMRTE 3.0 Beta has found a problem and it had to shut down. We apologise for that.
If you were just working on something,the data are maybe lost.
YOU SHOULD CONTACT MICROSOFT ABOUT THAT PROBLEM.

It is a simple crash..I see some people can open it,but they can't load game..I can't even open the editor! And I have all the updates and net frameworks!

people dont use it to cheat all the time, I used it for the Free Agents DB to change all the budgets because the Data Editor couldn't
