Thats the normal game folders you have been to located thru documents.You need to click the windows icon then click computer then click yor drive,usually C drive. then follow the rest of the path i gave you.

Same as before computer then C drive then \Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Football Manager 2009\Tools\
