Fm's and engine exploits

Hello there, FM 12 is the first FM that im playing, and i got confused with somethings. I usually make my tactics, and its all good, but when i started to frequent this forum i notice somethings that i do are exploits? like counter attack? 3 St? and some other stuff. I mean, is there a version of FM that dont have explots to be used? Match engine exploits i mean.

I honestly think SI put exploits in the game for people to find and use if they want. I mean how hard could it be to fix the corner bugs. Each year there is one. Like, 2008 was 6 yard box and challenge keeper. 2010 was Penalty area and Lurk Outside box, and so on
