I wouldnt say that, i intentionally use Tottenham in this tests because its an outsider, they ended 6th if im not wrong.
What really impressed me on the results above, its the little chances against and xp against, means that the tct provides a pretty solid defence, and the ofeensive results arent bad too.

I've finished at second place with Tottenham using a Stephen HK tactic, so i think it's possible to do better with this team
But i understand your arguments, and you're right. Should take a try !
