Brate! I tried this tactic with FC Volendam a small Dutch side in the 2nd division (after I started unemployed). I was hired in October when the squad was down on the 19th place (expectation 6th). I finished 4th place and am currently in the final of the promotion play-off! My striker scored 18 and my leftwinger 13 (number 1 and 3 in the topscorers list). I can truly say I'm impressed I liked your previous tactics as well so great job and ignore the one and only hater in this topic!
 
Tactic is very good form me now..i'm playing with Karlsruhe .. my question is is there any good preferred moves for some players...for example if Inside F. should have Cut Inside or BPD marks opp thightly...? And what preferred moves to avoid ? Pozz
 
GK must to be like : Manuel Neuer ( as good as possible )
DL must to be like : Jordi Alba , Gaya , Gibbs , Clichy , Marcelo
DR must to be like : Dani Alves , Carvajal , Danilo , Azpilicueta , Rafael
DC must to be like : Boateng , Ramos , Bonucci , Vertonghen , Pique , Stones , Badstuber , Laporte , Bartra
DM must to be like : Martinez , Matic , Bender , Gustavo , Mascherano , Nigel De Jong
MC must to be like : Ramsey , Kroos , Modric , Wilshere , Pogba , Fabregas , Pjanic ( Passing 15+ !!! )
AML must to be like : Alexis Sanchez , Ronaldo , Hazard , Neymar , Depay , Reus ( Finishing 14+ , Right Foot !!! )
AMR must to be like : Lamela , Vela , Bale , Yarmolenko , Iturbe , Robben ( Finishing 14+ , Left Foot !!! )

For 2 seasons with Inter i won 2x Italian cups,Uefa Europe League,Uefa Super Cup,and Uefa League of champions,in first season we dropped title for 1 point,and in second we dropped on 3 goals on goal difference... Ali hvala Bogu to je Juventus userski :)

Mahh da. U trecoj sezoni moras vec da budes prvi u ligi :) Meni sa Realom nije bas interesantno , u drugoj sezoni postigao sam 140golova u Spanskoj prvoj ligi...nije bas realno :) Ove godine Football Manager je jako lako. FM14 je bio mnogo tezi...FM16 jos ne igram jer cekam zadnji Patch da izade pa onda cu poceti da igram :)
 
not working for me..managing liverpool sometimes win sometimes lose but it was always close match..opposition always managed to run inbetween my defender and scored a 1 on 1 goal
 
Ma jebes ga,resignovao sam :D,kad sam im osvojio triplu krunu i nisam legenda kluba,dovidjenja odmah :D Sad s Evertonom da probam u decembar sam ih preuzeo sa 18 pozicije,ce osvojimo nesto valjda :D
