I was changing the preferences on FMH11 (PSP) cos i wanted autosave, and noticed Fog of War?

WAT IS IT?

It hides some or all of the attributes of obscure players, making the game more realistic as you will have to send a scout to watch a 17 year old in Paraguay before you can see his stats.

Well its an advantage to have it off, as it means you will be able to see the attributes of all the players on the game without having to scout them.

But if you want increased realism, turn it on.

Advantage to have it off. More realistic to have it on.

Apologies for the **** name for that option - its what I called it during development when I first put it into the old CM games and for some reason I used it when I did the handheld equivalent.

(the concept was based on the turn based wargame idea where you can only see areas around your units - which is where the name came from ...)

Yeah afraid so (I've been working at SI since there were just 4 of us there, so you can blame me for a lot of stuff really ;)).

I blame you for making FMHi better than any other game on the app store. :D
