Which team deserves me as a manager?

OK - so here's the deal, i'm an Arsenal fan but have recently got a liiiiiiiitle bit bored with playing with £25m + budgets and players of the calibre Arsenal can attract with ease in the first season.
SOOOO, i've decided to make a new save game and try to take one of the lower league English Clubs to success, i haven't yet decided which one as i am torn between Leeds Utd (mainly spurred on by the memorable FA cup 3rd round win vs. Man Utd), Notts County (random), Southampton (mid table L1) and Charlton (again pretty random). I will hopefully post a poll so you guys can decide who i am going to be..

When i'm up and running i will post screenshots of transfers, and match results on here so you can know i'm not cheating!! (6)
 
Be someone like Burton. Notts County is too easy, so are Leeds.
 
:O i've never heard of Burton! i don't want to go lower than League 1 ideally
 
southampton is a challenge go for them
 
guys it is easier for me if you vote on the poll, obviously welcome to comments too once i'm up and running with suggestions for signings or tactics... hope i won't need to adjust tactics too much over the course of my season though!

MK dons is less of a challenge than Southampton according to media predictions!
Leeds - predicted 1st...
Charlton - 2nd
Southampton - 6th
Notts county - 1st...

okay maybe my teams are too easy - i think a good challenge seems like southampton - just outside playoff place..
 
if there are two teams on equal votes at 7pm today i will choose the team who has lower league prediction! more of a challenge...
sorry to keep you waiting, it's a new thread and not too many people are interested but i will make a story none the less, just 5 voters, i really liked Oakes' layout so i think i will do something similar with regular screenshots etc.

i've put up a poll for potential teams - don't know if u voted or not but i would rather have a team i know a little bit about so i'm not completely stranded as i'm not the most incredible manager ever, lol i'll do my best though and i won't stop halfway through as some people do(H)

Poor old notts county - no one wants them to succeed, probably due to the swede i'm guessing? Southampton is leading the race for promotion and success. Any preferences for how i do this story guys? Will update transfers and big games when i start. Can't wait!

There was shock up and down the country today as Southampton announced they have appointed rookie Joseph Bennett as Southampton manager. 17 year Bennett won the chance in a lifetime to become manager at St. Mary's. Despite being an Arsenal fan, Joseph has announced that he will do all in his power to take Southampton back to where they belong. A truly remarkable story involved the teenager finding the GOLDEN TICKET on his seat at the Emirates, it is thought Wenger discarded it as part of him rubbishing rumours of a move away from the Gunners.

yeah gd luck it is not easy to do but sign van der mayde( spelling may be wrong) he is a gd player for that leval.
 
...... anyway i did a southampton story, sign lucien mettomo, hamed namouchi is a must sign hes class, also sign joszef kanta, dimitris mavrogendis and ***** topp

Southampton are reportedly one of the contenders to sign former Arsenal Centre Back Sol Campbell, whose agent has dismissed rumours of a move to Man City or abroad, other contenders for the free transfer of Sol Campbell are PSG and Torino.

Southampton have also looked into signing a number of premier league reserve team players on short term loans, including Sanchez Watt of Arsenal whose performance in the FA youth cup finals impressed Wenger last year.

Southampton have also concluded the signings of several other players:

Am a liverpool fan and iv got oxford into the premier League although i got a tip from someone with ***** topp awssume striker but if you doing it go from the bottom like blue square prem.
