A fantastic victorty against swansea scoring 2 2nd half goals. keeps us 2nd in the table 2 points behind West Brom. Blackpool have announced that they have released Stephan McPhee. Next up for Blackpool is a League cup 4th round tie against none other than Swansea.​

You shouldn't have sold so many players, if you get promoted your players value rockets and you can get £2.5M+ for players like Vaughan but you seem to be doing well anyway, keep it up :)

i know i proberly should have kept a few. my wage bill was awfull so thats the main reason i sold.

Blackpool are through to the 5th round of the league cup after a 5-3 penalty win against Swansea. Blackpool have also agreed to sell Danny Coid to Crewe on a free transfer and more suprisingly have also agreed to sell defender Alex John Baptiste to Leicster for a fee belived to be around 1million.It has been confirmed that Blackpool will play Wolves in the quarter final of the league cup.​

Good luck. I was in the same position as you are on my Blackpool save, after January it gets seriously hard and I finished 5th (beat Holloway :P).

So yeah, not easy.

Blackpool record another fantastic win this time away against reading. Jackson wasent happy with the 2nd half performance and let the team know this. Blackpool move up the table back to 2nd. Blackpool have agreed to sign left back Billy Jones from Crewe for a fee of around 50 grand.​
 
Good luck, it's not that hard Tbh, i got 3rd, and got promoted, then a ******* crash dump D: . you shouldn't of sold Vaughan or Martin, both very good players. Vaughan got me something stupid like 15 assists.

It has also been announced that Blackpool manager Carl Jackson will serve a 1match touchline ban for complaining about the penalty desition against his side. The FA Cup 3rd round draw makes Blackpool take a trip to turf moor to play premiership outfit Burnley.​

2 massive defeats in a row for blackpool, first being knocked out the league cup by premiership outfit wolves and then being humiliated by barnsley. the news worsens for blackpool as midfielder kabous has been ruled out for 2 months after twisting his ankle.​
