Football Clubs of GIBRALTAR

Prompted by FM-Base user Lourenco, I have created logos for a total of 64 x Gibraltarian Clubs. Some of them are real clubs, some of them were real but are now defunct and many of them are custom clubs, including those I have been asked to create throughout the several years that I have been running my Custom Logos Thread, some requested by Lourenco and some of my own creation — the product of staring at a map of Gibraltar (which I have never been to) and doing a little bit of online research.

I set the target number at 64 in order that they could all be entered into a database with several divisions and a cup competition that will easily whittle down to 32, 16, 8, 4, 2 teams without having to use byes or make it overly complicated. There is no way in reality that Gibraltar — with a population that wouldn't even fill Goodison Park — could support a 64-team football league but so what...? This is just for fun.

I have NOT created a database for these teams; the divisional groupings here are just a suggestion. You could have three divisions of 20, 22 and 22 clubs but I have opted for 6 x divisions — 4 of 10 teams each and 2 with 12 teams. At the moment, I'm unsure of how to progress as far as a database is concerned but I thought I would put the logos here so I could direct interested parties — and especially those who know about these things — here to see what I'm doing. Exactly how the teams should be grouped can be up for discussion.

N.B. If any Moderators see this, please try to get rid of these duplicated images below (under the "Attached Images" paperclip). They're confusing and they compromise the general appearance of this thread.

GIBRALTAR PREMIER DIVISION — 10 teams

COLLEGE EUROPA F.C.
This is a real club that still exists and competes in the real Gibraltar Premier Division, which they won on seven occasions — most recently in 2016/17 — and they are the reigning Rock Cup Champions. The logo is a custom one but the colourways and the use of green-and-black stripes is consistent with the real thing.

EUROPA POINT F.C.
Another real club with a custom logo, this one is currently in the Gibraltarian Second Division (there is no real "First" division; promotion and relegation is direct between the Premier and the Second).

GIBRALTAR UNITED F.C.
Founded during the Second World War, this club competes in the Premier Division. They have been Champions 11 times, mostly between the late 40s and mid-60s, most recently in 2002. Custom logo.

GLACIS UNITED F.C.
17-times Champions who were formed in 1965 and then dominated Gibraltarian football for the next 20 years, winning multiple Rock Cup and Senior Cup titles along the way, too. Custom logo.

LINCOLN RED IMPS F.C.
Founded in 1976, Lincoln are the most successful club in the history of Gibraltarian football with 23 Premier Division titles, including 14 consecutive triumphs from 2003 to 2016. Their 23rd title was secured in the 2017/18 season. Custom logo.

LIONS GIBRALTAR F.C.
A team created in 1966 as a result of fans' euphoria in the wake of England's World Cup success. They are in the Premier Division but they don't appear to have ever won it. Custom logo.

LYNX F.C.
Another custom logo for a real club, competing in the Premier Division. They were formed in 2007 and are yet to win their first trophy.

MANCHESTER 62 F.C.
This real club used to be known as Manchester United FC in honour of the English club and with the permission of Sir Matt Busby, but they were forced to change their name in 2013. Their most recent trophy was the 2003 Gibraltar Cup. Custom logo.

MONS CALPE S.C.
This is the actual logo for Mons Calpe Soccer Club, who were formed in 2013. The Calpeans have managed to get to a few Rock Cup Finals but have yet to win it.

ST. JOSEPH'S F.C.
Formed in 1912, St. Joseph's are one of the oldest football clubs in Gibraltar and they have racked up nine Rock Cup titles to date, most recently in 2013. In this custom logo, I included the words "of Gibraltar" to differentiate the club from teams in Ireland that have the same name.

Rocheyb, sorry for just now seeing the topic, but it's very good, congratulations friend.
It must have taken a lot of work to create all these logos, but it was very high quality, I was looking forward to creating the save in Gibraltar with all the teams.

There are 3 or 4 logos that do not appear, how do we get?
