How could anyone completely denying all the bugs that they created when they rolled out the latest patch?

1. Goalies are completely retarded. They will kick the ball straight to the opposition's forward to give them a clear shot on goal.
2. Players receiving passes as if they have 0 ball control skill. The ball will bounce a few yards from them and the nearest opponent will take over.
3. Suddenly every player are so eager to just blast the ball towards the opposing goal even when they are clear on goal behind the defenders.
4. Defenders conceding corners (yes, even AI) when they could have just let the ball roll out of play for a goal kick.
5. Defenders could not run 10 yards to clear the ball and would let an opposing player run 30 yards and then through on goal.

There are still more bugs that I could list here but I think I made my point clear. Fix these bugs, please, so we can enjoy this game again.

must be your tactics mate, because i have not had those issues with my game.

I love the "oh it must be you and your tactic" respond.

You do realize that these bugs affect us and also AI, right? So I guess it must be the AI tactics as well, then?
 
just saying i have not seen these issues, if anything, gameplay has improved my end /shrug. People are so quick to complain when things do not suit their design.
 
I have Manuel Neuer and he is probably top 5 assists in the league for the opposition teams. If you ask a GK to play out of defense he will pass every other ball he receives to the opposition. An idea for next year would be to stop messing around with which tone you can say the same thing in a press conference that ultimately makes no difference to the game and instead make a match engine ready for release, that does not need any of these ridiculous patches. For the last two years the game has not got to a final satisfactory version, which in my opinion should be what it is at release date, for months post release. The alternative would be to pull the game completely, if this is genuinely the best effort it should be pulled. Instead they should ask all regular fm players for ?30 in exchange for absolutely nothing because at least that way they didn't have to pretend and spend their precious ?'s on marketing etc. I dream of the day a rival game is made to challenge this complacent monopoly.

For those saying 'it must be your tactic' that is the point exactly. It probably was not originally your tactic, but then according to a new patch in the game the whole concept of football as a sport is drastically altered whereby certain things which did work will become the most unsuccessful approach. Imagine Barca waking up one day to realise the way they've played football all these years will be punished by the weakest teams in the world because the coordination of their players has been drastically altered.

If by 'gameplay' you mean result then sure, eventually no matter what people will find a way to break the ME. I just don't want to play this game with a buggy ME.

not just results, the passing is fluid and the gameplay is great from both teams, well, depends who the other teams are (lower league teams struggle hard and miss passes etc which you'd expect).

Wasn't FM 14 supposed to improve the ball visibility in winter games? I'm in January on a snowy/rainy pitch (in the Championship) and can't see the ball at all. Not sure I like the "improvement" to the names either, I'm always squinting and feel that I need reading glasses or something. Also, the tendency of attacking players trying to kick the ball off a defender for a corner instead of laying the ball along the 6 yard box for a tap in is starting to really grate on me.

because i am very picky with my goal keepers, only buy a keeper who has 8+ eccentricity if he has 14+ decisions. in fact, i hunt down for the lowest eccentricity possible to highest decision ratio, the keeper then doesn't do anything stupid, for me, at least. Coupled with two CD's one as cover and other as stopper, my defence is very solid, won't say i don't concede, because i do, every tactic does, but it minimises the sillyness that seems to be reported, for me.
 
Appalling patch.

Shots to shots on target ratio is ridiculously low and you get stupid amounts of long shots no matter what you do. I have selected Work Ball Into Box and applied individual instructions of Shoot Less Often, and still players shoot from stupid ranges.

When selling a player, no one offers the asking amount even when I set it below the player's value (far below in some cases).

Goalkeepers - I don't even know where to start. I have had several goals conceded where keepers rush out to the sideline to clear a ball only to give it to an opposition striker gifting him an open goal.

Injuries are stupidly common and not short no matter what you do with your tactics and training.

All in all, I am beginning to wish I hadn't bought this game.
