Football Manager 2008 Black Screen

Hello guys sorry to be a pain, but for some reason when i run fm 2008 on windows 7 its comes up with a black screen? Would be so greatful if someone could help thanks:S

no its changed to a white screen with load last game?

after u patch it become v2.0.8 run the game 1st
probably bcoz u modify ur fm2008 with skins or others
