I am going to manage birmingham and try and win the league within two years.
Immediately after start with Shels and play for years until I finally win the CL with the new dynamic league rep thing.

Other than a keeper, i probably won't make any transfers as rooney will be immense and carrick and fletch i'm sure are good enough. Maybe toni kroos to replace Paul scholes if and when he grows old

1. Drop Flapianski to the reserves
2. Re-read the Arsenal Simulation Compendium, and try and make a tactic replicating Arsenal's style of play, playing real friendlies, and generally making as realistic a save as i can.
3. Wait till i get some money from the board (I start with Transfer Budgets off for Arsenal saves.) and buy one of: Martin Stekelenberg (sp.), Shay Given, Mark Schwarzer or Hugo Loris wub
4.Think of another save to do.. :S

Play as Newcastle and as soon as I win champions league I'll get bored, start various new saves and never make it past a season with those teams.

I'll sell Best, or terminate his contract. Get top backroom staff in, offer Shearer assistant manager role and get rejected. Tell Steven Taylor that he looks good in the training kit, offer him a new contract. Find a good pacey poacher, provided Ranger doesn't cut it (doubt he will).
