Since i prefer playing with a bit weaker teams my team won't be as good as yours are but i've done wonders with these players :D
So here is my best team from Nott Forest, Crystal Palace and Betis saves:
GK- David Ospina ( everyone knows him, great keeper)

DR- Sime Vrsaljko ( few seasons in, one of the best rb's in the game )
DC- Sokratis Papastathopoulos
(these two make a great partnership)​
DC- Kyriakos Papadopoulos
DL- Martin Olsson ( decent lb)

DM- Kara ( BEAST)
MC- Marco Verratti ( in my Nott Forest save was GODLIKE, bags of assists and goals)

AMR- Xerdan Shaqiri ( i prefer regens on this position since there are no good amr's for not that reputable teams in my opinion )
AMC- Gylfi Sigrudsson ( just wow xd )
AML- Antoine Griezmann

ST- Erick Torres ( BEAST xd )

Well that's it, may not be the best out there but i love it :D

Whats interesting about these lists is that none include the so called best young players that people post so much about like Niang, Carlos Fierra, Damio etc

Kompany and Vertoghen - DC (kompany as DC stopper,wt set piece instruction (attacking corner)of 'Attack far post' - scored 15 goals 1st season.

Yaya toure (ruben Jenssen) and Maroune Fellaini - DLP and BWM
Nasri (douglas costa) - AMR (inside forward)
David Silva (sigurdsson) - AML (Advaced Playmaker). Sigurdsson actually is a beast,bangin in goals,convertin set pieces (freekicks) whil givin loads of assists.
Guiseppe rossi and sergio aguero (T and P), (Tevez and Cavani, poacher and Advanced Forward)-ST.
