Football Manager 2012 has stopped working

I go to load up steam as normal, works fine, then go to load the game and while it is loading the windows explorer decides it wants to stop from working and then the game has to be closed. Is anybody else having this problem, if so help?!?!

Has this happened once and if more than once how often has it happened? This should be in technical help next time though.

Happens every time, cheers about where it should be, was just the first list of where it was.

I don't know what to do I was just making sure it wasn't a one off.
