Football Manager 2012 staff for cheap

Does anyone know who are the best coaches, assistant managers, scouts, physios and fitness coachs that you can get for cheap wage? I am managing Barnet and need some good coach and fitness coach as well as some good scouts.

Any help would be appreciated

For scouts just try and find the best stats for judging. I would give you some names but i don't play at that level currently. I'm with Wolves or i am right at the bottom.

Thanks, best atributes I should lok for are: Judging player potential and judging player ability, is that right? any other things to look for?

For Coaches, get ones with high Level of Discipline, Determination and Motivation then also a high stat for whatever you want them to train
