hi what are the best training tips for me to use to get the best out of my players? does it matter what club your at? im at man u and will soon be resigning and joining a lower league club as ive won everything at united

Right then,

If you're picking a Blue Sqr team you can't go far wrong with Chelmsford they're very ambitious and roar up the leagues!

Training:-

put all areas of training up to full on tactics (tc) and motivational (mv)

GK's - GOALKEEPING - Tc, Mv, Gk - intensive Ft - Medium
DF's - DEFENDING - Tc, Mv, Df - intensive At, Ft - Medium
MF's - GENERAL - Tc, Mv - Intensive At, Df, Ft - Medium
CF's - ATTACKING - Tc, Mv, At - Intensive Df, Ft - Medium

Use GENERAL for your midfield as when you buy players they're automatically put in to a good training regime in case you don't remember to set their training up for a while.

If a player has amazing skills in some areas but shockingly bad in others put them on to TECHNICAL for a few months and then back to the same as the others:-

TECHNICAL:- Tactics, Mv - intensive Ft - medium, At, Df - Light

If a player is injured or unfit (Unf) put them straight into FITNESS training - Ft - intensive Mv - medium - everything else on 'None' and as soon as you get the message saying they've recuperated and returned to full training put them back to their normal routine.

Hope this helps!

A lot of people use intensive training:

GK:
Fitness - Intensive
Tactics - Intensive
Attacking - None
Goalkeeping - Intensive
Defending - None
Motivational - Intensive

Outfield
:
Fitness - Intensive
Tactics - Intensive
Attacking - Intensive
Goalkeeping - None
Defending - Intensive
Motivational - Intensive

You can find reviews of this here - Intensive Training *Revamped* - Tactics/Training - FMHVibe
