Football Manager 2014 Graphics are not working

all i have done is moved my working 2013 graphics into the 2014 picture folder and my graphical pictures are not working i could not find the display and sound screen in preferences which you had to go on to allow the pictures to feature in the game anyone now of the new way we have to do this in this game...

same here, logo's and display kits are showing fine but no in-game kits showing

Can't get my player pictures working aswell , Only logos and skins
