Football Manager Editor League Creator (it rhymes :D)

On FM10's editor I've opted to make available more leagues in England so I can play with FC United.
The Leagues available for me to create are the Isthamanian League Premier Division, the Southern LPD and the English Nothern LPD
However I have no idea what settings to put for the following:
League Type: League or League Split?
Min/Max Number of Teams?
Number of rounds?
Number of Promotion/Relegation Places?
Start Date and End Date?
Break Period: Start Date and End Date?
Playoffs: Number of Teams in Playoff etc.

Anyone with a blueprint for how to set up a realistic league would be greatly appreciated.

Ryman Premier(Southern)

Min/Max No of Teams - 22
Rounds - 42
Promotion places - 1
Relegation - 4
Start/End Date - 8 August -> 23 May
No Break Period
Play-Off Places - 4
Promotion to Conference South

Isthmian
League type - League
Min/Max No of Teams - 22
Rounds - 42
Promotion places - 1
Relegation - 4
Start/End Date - 8 August -> 23 May
No Break Period
Play-Off Places - 4
Promotion to Conference North/South, The team furthest North into BSN.
