From today 17:00 GMT through to Sunday March 26th at 20:00 GMT, Football Manager is completely free to play. This is the full version of the game and not limited in any way.
Along with this, the documentary An Alternative Reality is also free to view.
All you have to do, is head over to the Steam store where the game is free of charge. If you have never used Steam before, you will need to create a brand new account (free of charge) and install the Steam app.

When the free play ends, your game will auto save and you will recieve a notification that free play has ended. Should you want to carry on, you'll get instructions on how to do so and how to upgrade.
