Im gutted, I just restored to 4.0 and have lost all my saves, even more disappointing as i had got back to back Promotions with York :'(

Been playing a few seasons with Man City and with 5 games to go I am in a battle with Man Utd for the title.

I have looked through my fixture list to find my last 5 fixtures are Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday :'(

I think the game is fantastic in this format, especially compared to other football manager games. I think the price is quite reasonable and I like the way the game involves the casual players at an advanced age, it's quite smart.

If you need to restore a device in future please back up the save games through the iTunes file sharing feature (look in iTunes as your installed Apps and at the bottom of that page is a 'File Sharing' section, click on the FMH application within that and you'll be able to see all your save games and any other files (ie. game config etc.) within it - simply copy the ones you want to keep to your computer for safe keeping when you restore your device).

Once you're done restoring reinstall the app and copy the files back in place and you'll be good to continue your game.

Hope this helps,

Marc

Glad to hear you're enjoying the game - I've a few surprises in store for people in the 2012 version (available before christmas) ... but I'm not allowed to talk about them yet .... watch this space ;)
