football manager not responding

whenever i continue my game and when it starts to process it freezes and come up with football manger is not responding for 1 minuete and takes ages to respond. ive tried to update my laptop delete loads of items but still keep doing it any ideas, thanks.

just got a new pc as laptop died ave got the same problem like it worked fine on the laptop maybe theres been an update while ive been away just gota deal with it like it cant be due to leagues or any thing as i only have the english and scotish leagues loaded lol if u find a solution give us a shout
