Football Manger not working :(

title says it all i had to uninstall it because it wouldnt work because of a XML parsing error so then i reinstalled it when i click on it to play a new window comes up
sports interactive > football manager > games ????
i dont think it uninstalled properly because it still had the databases i had downloaded in one of the folders ?
someone help please ?

The databases won't be uninstalled because they're not part of the original game.
