Foreign Leagues on English TV?

Does anyone know what channels (apart from ESPN, who show Serie A and Bundesliga) you can watch foreign football on in England?

By foreign football I mean MLS,South American football,Russian League, Turkish League and the less popular leagues.)

I'm sure ESPN also show MLS/Russian League games, I've seen Zenit play and Vancouver Whitecaps.
