Foreign players turning domestic

How many games a foreign player needs to play in order to get the citizenship? I have player in the squad who has played for the sufficient number of days in the country my club belongs to (Serbia), but he's still not able to get his citizenship papers because he "needs more appearances for this club". He has 59 league apps in 3 yrs he's been at the club.

it's probably a percentage of games over the year. if you play him almost every game for the next year then he should gain it.

Well, I'm forcing first team football on him now, hopefully he'll get the citizenship, which would mean a lot to me, since I'm limited to 3 foreign players when playing league games...which is VERY annoying.

In the players Profile, go to personal page, and it will tell you how many days he requires to gain citizenship.

It's not about the days, he got all the days he needed...now it just says "needs more appearances for this club"

did you find out how many appearances is needed to gain nationality?

i think you need 70 appearances
