Foreign regen teams

So I've come across some teams that somehow produce worldie regens, but I have never heard of the teams before (also forgotten the team names), does anyone know any teams that I can almost just pick the players that I want out of smaller european teams that have really good youth recruitment?

A couple good teams I remember - although I don't know if you can just 'pick' them - INF in France (Ligue 2, maybe?) and RUOR Minsk (in Belarus' 4th tier) have the best youth facilities in the game.

INF Clairefontaine, although it takes some time for them to actually have regens come through.

CF Monterrey, Fc Kobenhavn, Club Brugge, FC Nordsjaelland, Anderlecht, Dinamo, Aab and Lekhwiya all produce top quality regens in my current game, worth giving some of them a look at.
