I had an incident yesterday from too many screen time so i am out of pc for some time, try it one game and you ll see, also the inverted wing back can change to ifb or wing back support depends on your team.

Nothing explained...just tactic uploaded and thats that.
I tested it with Dynamo Dresden. Awful results and even more awful play.
Won't even bother to put screens, when the guy posted it didn't bother to put some result screens of his own.
