forgot cups in nation rules

i have a question
i made a competion with nation rules
but i forgot to add cups
can ik add them ore do have to do all the work all over?
and if its possible how could i do that.

If you have started a save and want to add them into then no. you have to start again for any adjustments on the editor file to take effect
