Form Issue

Im currently in second season as liverpool and im sitting in 9th currently 3 points off 5th place and 5 off 4th yet ive struggled with consistency as my team has had a shocking run of draws and losses. Is there any way to break out of this rut? am I doing something wrong with my tactic? suggestions would be great! If there is already a thread on this issue if someone could link me that would be great also, thanks.

Maybe try having a team meeting and boosting morale, try speaking to individual players, changing your team talks. Morale can make all the difference, seems to especially effect my striker's finishing.
