format of computer due to virus

i need help if i format my pc and backup my save game to my portable harkdisk, izzit enough to play my save game when i reinstall my fm2011 and format com? i need to backup either then save game and?

Im not sure a back up will do. Copy the file to a usb or put it on media fire or something like that.

Yeah you will only need your save files. You could back-up your graphics ect. as well if you wanted to.

Why even format? You could easily get rid of that virus if you went to a support forum.
