Formation changes in friendlies

[FONT=&quot]Last season with my old assistant manager the team that I chose ahead of the friendlies would always play and with the formation that I chose even though my assistant managed the game. But now in season 2 with a new assistant the team I pick doesnt play and my tactic isnt used in the game. I tried to sack my new assistant but the problem was still there even without an assistant manager. I cant find any info in the "responsibilites" tab that might explain what is wrong. Can you please help me.[/FONT]

Your last assistant may have the same preferred formation as you, so he played with the same formation. However, the new assistant may have a different preferred formation, so he changes it according to his preference.

I dont know wether thats the case but this has never mattered before. The assistants I've had over the years playing this game has always used the players that I picked ahead of the game and the formation that we play.
