Formation familiarity not improving

Sorry, think I posted this is the wrong section before.

For some reason, despite training being on 'very high' and being a good way into the season, my team's formation familiarity for both tactics is very low on awkward. Everything else is perfect on fluid, but formation famliarity has actually gone down. Anyone know why or got any advice? Maybe I should set the reserves tactics as the same as the first team's?

If have changed match prep from manual too assistant, for some reason the formation doesn't change from awkward too fluid. It's bugged, so just leave match prep on team work till your side has learnt tactic then change too attack movement. Johnny

If your assistant manager is doing your match prep, then that is why ( à bug). If not, i dont know

After it goes back to fluid can I put my assistant on match preparation again or will it just revert to awkward?
