Formation Familiarity

I'm Chelsea and Im well into January, but my formation familiarity still isn't full...has anyone else found this? On FM13 it was full after about 4 friendly games. Ive played about 30 games now and still it's not full.
Does anyone know what I need to do?

Mine nearly get full towards the end of last season. New season added another tactic both are now full, only 8 games into the league. (the first one got full after a few friendlies)
