formation vulnerable against

Hi all,
see how the assistant manager outlines in fm14 which formation is that formation most vulnerable against ... is there way that the assistant manager 'lays out the actual formation' because I can only see the name - for example: 4-2DM-2-1-1 and in that case are the 2 (in the midfield wingers or central) etc..

I haven't delved that far into opposition info but i am sure something like that will be incorporated if you look around.. However i would assume wingers are used!
