Forming a new club

Any tips on "building" a new club? I'm trying to simulate a board takeover by a foreign billionare, like Man. City and Chelsea and then using FMRTE to edit the finances, chairman etc, like a megaplan to build a top team.

Is that possible to do? How exactly should I go about it?

Why don't just add a club with the editor. If you don't know how, just request it in the editing database request thread.
