FourTwoFour - Plug and Play EPL WITH Palace 1st season no transfers

I know it's Real Madrid but I never had results like this with any other tactic.So far it's the best tactic (consistency-defensive and offensive) for me on this patch.Cristiano is a monster :) Before this one I've played with Cyril auto tweak of Tuga,which wasn't bad but this one is more like a natural tactic (in real life meaning).So far I tested it with big teams Real and Man Utd-great results too,now it's time to try it with some underdog too.Team & match training-all done by assistant (got Tassotti so I can afford it ;) ),individual training to tactical positions on the pitch.Great job Chrissy Dude :D

Are these results with the Scotia tactic in the OP?
 
Changed scotia final to a box2box instead of bwm and took out 'tackle hard' from back four. played great till latter 2nd half and I would leak goals. I still won but 6-3 4-2 etc. So also put CWB to Support and around 65-70 min I go counter. Did this and won 6-0. Will continue to test. Ajax 2nd season btw:).

Post #381 - I have tried everyone since the original was released. That is the best one, not many using it as he didn't add it to the OP. I've compared them all and this wins hands down :) I've just won the champs league, unbeaten in 54 games and won prem 2 years in a row - carling cup 3 times, FA cup twice. Aston Villa - 4th season :) I do have a good team now mind. Munir world player of the year, 5 players in world team of the year, scoring over 50 goals and world club champions.

Ive tried all the variations on this thread and this one is the best for me, i could show u some results but the league and comps ive won speak wonders for it :)

also Munir had world player of the year! :D
 
hi jonny what do u do for training and match prep, and what about player individual training
 
Match prep i use Defensive positioning every single game, home and away, all season ~(this is important, ive tested all other ones and it does change the results)

General training is my assistant
Individual training is set to the position and role they will play - so strikers are F9, Wingers inside forwards etc

Shouts in game are vital - assertive to concentrate after scoring a goal, and team talks in press conferences and before and after games have to be right.

Keep players happy - praise when doing well etc, if player unhappy then sell his ****, Manage them - its football manager after all. (no tactic will work with unhappy players)

Jonny your defence doesn't seem great every season I mean it's one of the best but used to seeing people unbeaten only conceded 30 or less! Do you just tend to outscore the opponent

I think a goal a game conceded is not too bad mate, it took a while to get a settled defense, bought alot of young players and takes some time im guessing mate. I think only this last season im using retain possession etc, when a few goals up, because most goals are conceded second half when the team gets complacent, so i could be 5-0 up half time and then concede 2 in second half, so i think the shouts and changing D-line etc will stop that. But its not the tactic, its just due to complacency, and my own management to be honest mate

use what your assistant says for some, but if he says to say nothing and have a clear mind, i never do that, think about what you want them to do, BE THE MANAGER :)
