I bought him for 5m.

He's alright as a player. But he repeatedly injures others during training.

About 5 times in a season. How do I discipline or talk to him? It is always him injuring others, sometimes on same guy, sometimes on another teammate. (a few days to a few weeks)

I'm contemplating to sell him, but it is hard to sell players in FM11 when nobody comes looking for you. Might need to terminate contract if I decided not to use him.
