Due to the collapse of the Global Economic system, football was believed to be in tatters, many feared the worst for our beautiful game. With Richard Scudamore saying that the Barclays Premier League could not deal with the huge losses that have started to occur. This caused the end to the Premier League as we know it. This prompted huge proests from all clubs in the EPL and everyone feared the end to professional football.

The recession was not as bad as first thought, nevertheless, with no fixtures announced for the forthcoming season in any major league. FIFA acted quickly and invited the best teams in the world to a league competition and quickly structured the world league. Details of the structure will be revealed later. Money has now been pumped straight into football, this has given the Clubs involved a healthier balance and hefty budgets further down the line

Wenger Walks Out

Arsenal fans are in shock as fan hero Arsene has decided to walk out, just before the start of the inaugural World League. Many fans were left shocked and distraught at the news. Arsenal have acted quickly to announce reserve team manager Frankie Hobbs as temporary manager with immediate effect. He will have to stick his neck on the line and make transfers in order to guide the club to a top half finish. The reasons for Wengers departure are unknown, but the appointment of Frankie Hobbs as manager is even more startling. He will be out to prove Arsenal on the world stage.

Chamakh To Arsenal?

chamakh_3213.jpg

Marouane Chamakh has yet again been linked with the London club. A fee in the region of 10m is being talked about. New caretaker boss Frankie Hobbs has refused to comment but Bordeaux chairman claims to have been asked to give Arsenal permission. More to come of this story soon.

Sounds good, something different for once. Im guessing youve cleared all the debts then? Good luck anyways

I didn't make the DB. Credit to El Ricardo on the SI Forums. (Details of download HERE) But the club's finances and budgets are not changed so the debt is still there in all its entirety, the prize money and revenue will increase though. First year could be a challenge.

Great story plot Frankie. How much do Arsenal start of with?

25m for the mid-table finish, which I think can be achievable. Don't expect fireworks in the market.

Nice stuff Frankie. Definitely following.

Good Luck.

Not going to follow as i don't like you. :) Just messing will follow and comment when i can. :D

Good Luck Frankie.

Sorry for going off topic but can you give me the link to the World league, i did search but couldn't find anything.

Edit: Just found it on google, thanks and good luck.

He said it was a DB made by El Ricardo from the SI forums.
